What happens if I fill the bin before 7 days?
If you fill your bin early, you can contact us for an earlier collection at no extra charge. Alternatively, you can leave it until the scheduled collection day - it's entirely up to you.
Do I need to be home for delivery and collection?
You don't need to be present for delivery or collection, but you'll need to provide clear instructions on where to place the bin. Please ensure the location is accessible for our truck and that any gates are unlocked.
Is there a weight limit for the bins?
Yes, our bins have weight limits for safe transport. The 660L bin has a limit of approximately 200kg, and the 1100L bin has a limit of approximately 300kg. For heavy materials like soil or concrete, please contact us first.
