Yes, extensions are possible for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection date to arrange an extension. Additional days are charged at a daily rate.
Where can the bin be placed?
Bins can be placed on your property, driveway, or in a location with easy access for our delivery and collection vehicles. The area should be flat, clear of obstacles, and not blocking access. We cannot place bins on public roads without proper permits.
How full can I fill the bin?
Bins should not be filled above the rim. Overfilled bins cannot be safely transported and may incur additional charges.
Do I need to be present for delivery and collection?
You don't need to be present for delivery or collection, but you'll need to provide clear instructions on where to place the bin. If access to your property is restricted, please ensure gates are unlocked or provide access instructions.
